Our group having our Report and it’s about Inspection Report in our H.E Laboratory. When we are already arrived to our cookery laboratory or shall called Home Economics laboratory the mise- in place or all the utensils are organize and all the things are clean. We observe that all the utensils in the laboratory are complete and available. We describe each utensils and we inspect also the cleanliness of the utensils to find out that the cooking materials is ready and available to use. It is good to inspect the cooking materials for safety purposes if it is clean and well sanitize. Then, the refrigerator is also clean and available to use. The table is ready for preparation in cooking and the tools are in good condition. The ingredients store in the right temperature at the right place. And everything in the cooking laboratory are arrange separately regarding each materials. And our reaction after our inspection report is good and the H.E laboratory is pleasant and clean and all the materials or the utensils found in the H.E laboratory is arrange in their proper place. In overall, inspection report is useful to find out all the problems of the things needed to be secure in H.E laboratory and it is also good to inspect their Kitchen Safety Rules.
